Aerial Evidence That Holds Up

He worked the drone navigation problems at Bien Hoa Air Base in South Vietnam in 1968, where he was present through the Tet Offensive bombardment, and months earlier, holding a Top Secret clearance, he was named senior officer and official courier on a flight rushing replacement cryptographic material into the Pacific theater after North Korea seized the USS Pueblo. By 1969 he was Chief of the Air Force's Drone Projects Division — effectively the service's drone Systems Projects Office, the SPO, and he was the first officer assigned to a dedicated post like it — running four branches on the Big Safari rapid-acquisition model with program-management credit on Combat Angel, Combat Dawn and Defense Suppression — the December 1971 demonstration in which a Maverick missile fired from an unmanned aircraft and guided in by a ground controller hit a simulated SAM site nine seconds after launch. One claim in that record is the family's own account rather than documented fact and is written as such: HAVE LEMON Task 05. He was a founding member and the second national president of the National Association for Remotely Piloted Vehicles, NARPV, the organisation that became AUVSI, he founded the Aviation Unmanned Vehicle Museum around the collection he spent his life building, and he died in 2017 at 86. How is this different from an automated aerial report or a contractor's drone photos?
An automated measurement report gives you geometry, not condition. Photos taken by the contractor bidding the repair are documentation produced by an interested party, and that is a question that tends to be raised later.
